The winners of the Men’s Health Awards 2018 were announced at the Men’s Health Gathering at Parramatta in November.
The Gathering connected people together who are committed to improving the lives and health of men and boys: n 2018 it combined the 12th National Men’s Health Conference and the 9th National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Male Health Convention.
Many of the speakers placed a strong focus on the social determinants of health and wellbeing and awards were made to groups and individuals who were recognised as having made a significant impact in the field. These were:
