    A: Gay Corbett. In her role as a regional Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurse, Gay is a passionate supporter of men who have been diagnosed and treated with Prostate Cancer. She just seems to know the right thing to say at the right time. She also works alongside regional and rural health professionals to tackle difficult subjects like sexuality and continence, and quality of life issues beyond treatment – in a non confronting way. She enjoys her work and its clear in how she engages with men and her work colleagues.

She is relentless in her drive to ensure men gain knowledge about their health. She works holistically and in my experience given direct support to increase knowledge for the partner. Jo has been working in this area for ten years plus.

    A: Jo Milios : the help & advice Jo gave me & my wife on my prostate cancer Surgery journey was amassing. She has the ability to talk & explain the journey in blokes language. I don’t think I would have survived it & the mental breakdown That followed without her help & understanding. I have spoken to a lot of men on my prostate cancer journey, men are Hungary for information but are too embarrassed to ask. Thanks for inspiring me Jo.
