In today’s world, lots of men are suffering as a result of not being able to open up emotionally. Holding everything together, not showing vulnerability, being the mate, the partner, the dad, the brother without a space to let go and be supported is taking its toll. Suicide is the biggest killer in Australian men between 15-44. Things need to change… Founded in 2017, Tomorrow Man is a social enterprise aimed at starting a conversation among men, both young and old about the current state of man. Our aim is to help men re-invent masculinity by challenging traditional stereotypes. We train a relevant emotional skill set that can be applied in the real world for the men of today and tomorrow. Enabling men to strengthen their emotional muscle allows them to develop stronger mutually supportive relationships, express themselves with clarity and confidence when under pressure and most importantly gives them the ability to ask for support when they need it without feeling weak or like a failure. Tomorrow Man facilitates workshops Australia wide in schools, sporting clubs, male-dominated workplaces and communities. Our approach is no bullshit, honest conversation that all men can relate to. Where men gather, we go. To date, Tomorrow Man have facilitated 654 workshops across Australia impacting 23,728 boys and men.
