Nathan Blacklock supports International Men's Day

The former NRL star, Nathan Blacklock, is supporting an International Men's Day event in Moree, New South Wales. Blacklock will speak about overcoming his own mental health challenges at a men's gathering to be held at Moree Sport Health Arts and Education Academy at 10am on Monday 19th November.

Glen Crump, one of the organisers of the event, told the Moree Champion newspaper:

"We are hoping that people will be able to use this event, to build rapport with other organisations and other men within the Moree community, learn about what issues and medical conditions are facing Moree men and what services are available to help them with these issues."

The event is hosted by a range of local service providers and organisations and will provide a space for some of the men of Moree to share and gather information about the issues that concern them.
