Give a men's health facts talk for Men's Health Week

A new Know Your Man Facts toolkit – Men’s Health Facts – is now available for men’s health champions to use during Men’s Health Week, from 9-15 June 2025.

The toolkit is the latest addition to the Know Your Man Facts series – an ongoing campaign from the Australian Men’s Health Forum that gives people the information they need to take action to improve men’s health.

The toolkits include 10 graphics to share on a specific topic, posters and a ready-made presentation complete with speaker notes and ideas for audience interaction.

The toolkits can be used by anyone to help men understand how they can improve their own health and also help their mates.

Men’s Health Facts is available to download on the new menshealthweekevents.com website, also hosted by AMHF.

The information (and presentation below) includes:

  • Some key facts about men’s health in general, with a particular focus on preventable deaths
  • A look at our individual health and the key risk factors for poor health
  • How to check your health status (the 4 numbers you need to know)
  • Things you can do to take action and stay healthy
  • How to be a Men’s Health champion and support the men in your life to stay healthy

On Wednesday 11 June 2025, Australian Men's Health Forum CEO Glen Poole, will present this information as part of the Men's Health Chats series.
