We live in a complex world with the role and expectations placed on men both individually and by society more broadly is forever changing. Navigating this can be confusing and at times feel overwhelming. We are meant to be strong but vulnerable, decisive but show empathy, career driven but have balance. So where does this leave us?
In support of Men’s Health week, this 2-hour workshop is designed for men who are looking to reflect on what it means to be a man and how we can improve the way we "show up" in today's world. It will give you the confidence and inspiration to take charge of your own happiness, unlock your potential and live the life you deserve. The positive ripple effect this creates around you can be profound.
Things that will be covered in the workshop are:
- Men in today’s society – examining the big picture!
- Masculinity and Vulnerability – can these two things co-exist?
- What’s holding us back? How small internal changes can positively impact our outside world
- Explore pro-active strategies to enhance our wellbeing
- Shifting from “motion” to “action” – what actions will you commit to post workshop?
The greatest project you’ll ever work on is you and this workshop is a perfect opportunity to spend time on that project.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
