Come to the launch of a National Program, sponsored by IGA Supermarkets and run by men's health charity Basix4Blokes Inc.
It's all about encouraging and empowering men to take ownership of their health and to start their journey to a healthier version of their current self.
The aim is to START the journey, and make the process fun and encouraging. The outcomes will be elevated social, mental and physical health.
We will welcome men of any age, social status,or fitness level. Our philosophy is to pursue PROGRESS not perfection - and make some new mates along the way.
Attendees at this inaugural cluster will be rewarded with a free t-shirt and cap to promote the Club on the journey to National prominence.
