International Men's Health Week celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and takes place from Monday, June 10, to Sunday, June 16, 2024. This year, the focus is on Men's Health Checks.
In keeping with this years theme, under the moving more section - we are hosting a free to all Men’s only Aqua Fit session with our awesome instructor Matt!
So bring along your Brothers, Dad’s, Son’s, Uncles, your whole footie team - and let’s make this a night to remember. You can be sure that you will be in for a treat in the playlist department ! 🎶
