The Better Man Series creates space for honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical growth.

It’s about taking an honest look at yourself, understanding what may be holding you back, and beginning to take small, courageous steps forward.
Across five sessions, we will explore:

What am I carrying that is weighing me down?
Day 3 — The Mirror
What truth about myself do I need to face?
Day 4 — The Repair
Where do I begin repairing?
Day 5 — The Standard
What kind of man am I choosing to become?
