Rae Bonney is an Integrated Well-being Specialist, helping organisations develop best practice around mental health in their workplace. She combines a formal counselling qualification (La Trobe University) with more than 30 years in the corporate sector to design interventions that help create environments that support mental health, particularly around men’s and boys' issues. She was first elected to the board in 2018 and was most recently re-elected in 2023. Rae has been AMHF's representative on the Global Action for Men's Health Board since 2023. She was AMHF's Vice President from 2019-2022 and became AMHF Secretary in 2023.
