The theme of Men's Health Week (12-18 June 2023) this year is Healthy Habits and to mark the occasion men around Australia are invited to sign up for a series of free online lunchtime talks under the following topics: Connect, Sleep, Drink, Move, Eat.
The talks are hosted by the Australian Men's Health Forum and feature a range of speakers who will share some great information and tips on how we can all develop healthier habits around sleep, nutrition, alcohol, exercise and our social connections.

Why is sleep so important to our health, how can we tell if our sleep isn't healthy and what can we do if we experience sleep problems?
Geoff Brearley is a registered psychologist who is passionate about the importance of sleep. He established Bayside Sleep Health in the Brisbane bayside suburb of Wynnum to help anyone in the area (and beyond) regain good sleep health and.... "make sleep your friend”. In this talk Geoff will clarify what 'good sleep' looks like and the physical and psychological risks of sleep disturbance to men's health.
