Gillian is the Founder and CEO of Boardium, an independent consulting firm providing company secretarial and board governance services focussed on Not for Profits and SME businesses. Before that Gillian was Chief Executive Officer of Parents Beyond Breakup, a suicide prevention charity supporting parents in distress through separation, primarily supporting Dads in Distress until October 2023. Gillian is a passionate advocate of suicide prevention, mental health, and men's and boys' health more generally. She was directly appointed to the board in August 2022 and served as President since 2022.
