Let’s face it - most men aren’t the most proactive at looking after their health. We could spend a lot of time trying to pull apart why that may be… Or we could just organise a workshop where we can bring some men together and try and offer some ideas on how they might be able to look after themselves a bit better!
Men’s Health Week runs June 12th to 18th, and so we’re going to host a workshop on the Saturday 17th to cover off on some basic ideas and understanding of how our body works, and some simple ways to help it feel better. Topic covered include:

It will run 1030-1230, and priced at $30 per head, we’ll provide some light snacks with remaining income being donated to The Man Cave organisation, facilitating healthy masculinity in boys and young men.
