Seeds for Wellbeing

Join the Ulverstone Football Club and Man Up Tasmania for an event that explores a holistic view to individual well-being. Support yourself by sowing SEEDS for self health, and share it with your communities.

The Ulverstone Football Club recognises that we as a community of athletes, volunteers, coaches and members need to prioritise wellbeing in order to be happy, healthy and contribute to our wider communities.

We would like to use our partnership with Man Up Tas (+ The Better Blokes Project) to support our community in going beyond awareness, and provide access to quality, actionable strategies and resources. The result is a well informed community that better supports themselves and others to perform at their best, and know what to do when all doesn't go to plan.

Hear from speakers on each domain and interact in a panel discussion on the night!

Entry is by donation - bring your friends!
