Healthy Men Healthy World at The Pantha Way

In participation with International Men's day, ‘Healthy Men Healthy World’ is an opportunity to gather as a community - both women and men, to appreciate and celebrate the men in our lives and raise awareness of men’s well-being.

Yoga can often be misled as a practice dominated by the sisters, however at TPW we are proud to share we have a large proportion of the brothers taking up the mats daily. If you’re a sister of TPW and have been trying to get your man, brother, father, neighbour, friend to the mat, this event is the perfect environment to open them to the health benefits of yoga being led by one of our male teachers Paul Clementson himself.

Share a practice with the man in your life and participate in some conversation and understanding around the realities of men's health in Australia.

Healthy Men Healthy World will be a container for connection, education and experience of health through fusion movement combining yoga, quadrupedal movement training and guided meditation.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Paul will be guiding you from his own lived experience, having suffered the negative impacts of poor mental health himself leading to physical and social issues in his life. He is a believer and practitioner of how small steps to building a daily movement and meditation practice can make a big impact on yourself and those around you.

HOW WILL I BENEFIT?
This experience is open to all - men and women alike, ages from the young to the mature. We believe the benefits of Healthy Men in our lives benefit us all and a topic we shall be exploring.
You will leave with a broadened perspective of the realities of Men’s health in our own backyard and the importance of International Men’s Health Day.

✚ How to integrate a movement practice into your daily life
✚ How to introduce a basic pranayama (yogic breath work) into your daily life
✚ How to experience meditation and incorporate it into your wellness practices
