Understanding and addressing men's work stress

The Fathering Project presents a free webinar for Leaders, Diversity and Inclusion Managers, HR Managers and Wellbeing, People and Culture Managers hosted by The Fathering Project’s CEO Káti Gapaillard.

What the webinar will cover:

  • Learn and understand the common workplace stressors for men
  • The implications of inflexible workplaces and how this translates to employee wellbeing and productivity.
  • Actionable tips and strategies to ensure management is providing well-rounded support
  • Hear how organisations are leading the way through policies and programs

The webinar will explore the topic in the context of fathers and unpack a variety of ways leaders can support their employees who are fathers, helping to ease the stress where possible.
