AMHF CEO Glen Poole launches Tri-fundraiser for men's health

Guess who's TRI-ing to raise money for men's health?

Last year I turned 50 and I decided to mark the occasion by entering myself in the Melbourne Marathon.

While getting fit enough to run a marathon was obviously good for one man’s health, I also used the occasion to raise money #4MensHealth with friends and family donating over $1,000 to the Australian Men’s Health Forum.

Well it’s that time of year again and as I continue my quest to keep stretching myself and get fitter throughout my fifties, this year I'll celebrate turning 51 by completing my first triathlon in Agnes Water, Queensland.

Once again, I'm inviting you to show your support by making a small donation to support my work creating a healthier future for men and boys.

If you want to add to that total and make a donation today you can do it by giving online at the GiveNow website or on my Facebook birthday fundraising page.
Training is well underway for Australian Men's Health Forum CEO Glen Poole, who has commenced his second fitness-fundraiser and his first triathlon.
More broadly, I’m keen to build a culture of fundraising to support the important work of Australia’s peak body for men’s health.

So, if you want to get involved in raising funds for #4MensHealth through AMHF in future do please reach out and get in touch.
