Mr Perfect first $1000 recipient in Bulk Nutrients Give Back initiative

Mr Perfect is the first winner in the Bulk Gives Back boost to Australian not-for-profits and charities.

Bulk Nutrients has pledged to donate $1000 to 100 grassroots organisations over 100 days.

Mr Perfect says the money will go directly towards funding 20 BBQ meetups around Australia.

The meet-ups take place at local parks, bringing men together over a snag to chat about anything on their minds, be that sport, work, weather or any life challenges they feel like airing.

The  second winner announced today (April 26) was awarded to Pets of Older Persons, which offers a free pet care service for elderly or disabled pet owners in Western Australia.

Applications for one of these $1000 donations will close on June 1, 2022 Hobart time unless the funds are fully subscribed beforehand.

Bulk says it is giving back to support well-meaning organisations who started small … as they did.

“We're strong believers in the power of community, and supporting grass roots organisations and their volunteers.,” they say.

“Volunteers are an extremely important part of almost every sports and community group in Australia.”

As part of the application process, organisations are invited to share more information about their work and how the $1000 will be used.

Organisations with a turnover of more than $100,000 a year will not be considered; those on operating on small funds will be warmly viewed.
