Speakers and Presenters – The Men’s Health Gathering needs you

Would you like to talk about your work at the National Men's Health Gathering? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

The 30th anniversary National Men’s Health Gathering takes place in Brisbane this year (22-24 October 2025).

The Gathering is a unique event that brings together practitioners, researchers, advocates, policymakers and commissioners to focus on men and boys’ health and wellbeing.

If you’re working to improve the lives and health of men and boys in Australia, this is a great opportunity to share your experience and expertise at Australia’s leading men’s health conference.

You can submit a short outline of your proposed talk (maximum 400 words) using our online abstract portal and if you have any questions you can reach out for an informal chat with me first.

Key topics up for discussion
The National Men’s Health Gathering covers a diverse range of topics and we’re particularly keen to hear from people who can talk about:

  • Best practice approaches to working with men and boys
  • Men’s mental health and male suicide prevention
  • Research into men and boys’ health and wellbeing
